Past and current members of parliament, municipal leaders, school principals and religious figures attended the lunch organized by Akkar campus on April 25.
Akkar campus director Gaby Nehme welcomed guests and gave a brief overview of the Akkar campus actions before AUT president Ghada Hinain spoke of the mission of AUT that translates in the Akkar area to empower its youth to build a bright future.
Extolling the potential of Akkar and its population as well as its unity she called upon the political and social leaders to work with the university to provide the area with young professionals equipped with the tools for success that can enhance the value of Akkar.
