AUT hosted two senior staff members from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) on Wednesday, December 9, 2015, to inform AUT students about the learning opportunities provided by IATA and to discuss collaboration between AUT and IATA.
Mr. Mohammad Apesh and Mr. Murad Al-Khatib, gave presentations explaining at length the certificate programs proposed by IATA, and their added value to the future careers of the students.
This is the first step towards establishing collaboration between AUT and IATA, the association representing some 320 airlines or 83% of total air traffic.
