The American University of Technology (AUT) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Collège des Saints Cœurs – Jbeil to establish a strengthened collaboration in support of its Teaching Diploma program.
This partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing teacher education in Lebanon by bridging academic preparation with practical, classroom-based experience. Through this collaboration, students enrolled in the Teaching Diploma will benefit from structured opportunities to engage directly in school environments, enhancing their pedagogical skills and professional readiness.
By integrating theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice, the initiative aims to equip future educators with the competencies required to navigate the evolving demands of the education sector. The program emphasizes not only instructional expertise but also classroom management, adaptability, and student-centered teaching approaches.
This agreement marks an important step in AUT’s ongoing efforts to align its academic programs with real-world application, ensuring that graduates enter the workforce with both confidence and capability. It also reinforces the University’s role in contributing to the development of high-quality educators who will play a critical role in shaping the next generation in Lebanon.
Through strategic partnerships such as this, AUT continues to strengthen its impact on educational excellence and teacher preparation nationwide.
