Screening of Water Stories at AUT
There was a crowd at Issam Fares Auditorium on February 10th to watch a rough cut of “Water Stories”, with the presence of the 15 students who worked on it and their supervisor Rob Rombout.
Friends and parents of the students interacted with the characters of the film; the Mufti of Jbeil Mr Ghassan Lakkis, Father Jean Jabbour, Ms Tania Alawi, Dr Hadi Tabbara, Dr Mirna Semaan, Mr Jean Nakhoul, senior staff and other members of AUT community in addition to the director of the Netherlands Institute in Beirut and professionals from the movie industry.
During the cocktail that followed, students had the chance to speak of various techniques they learned and used in interviewing characters and camera effects.
