in Operational Research , Department of Mathematics and Computer Sciences from the University of Salford, England, Dr Zubaidi joins AUT as Coordinator of the Business Graduate Programs. Dr Zubaidi had been with AUT in 2004-2005 as Associate Professor in the Department of Management & Information Systems. His most recent position- 2010-2011- was  Chief Learning Officer at  American University of the Middle East, Kuwait (in affiliation with Purdue University, USA).  He acted as Dean of Business Administration, Dean of Engineering, Director of MBA and Director of Research. Prior to that he was Director of MBA at the same University. Between 2005 and2010, Dr Zubaidi was Associate professor Kuwait-Maastricht Business School KMBS, Kuwait, an outreach of Maastricht School of Management, MSM  in The Netherlands,  AMBA Accredited.

Dr Zubaidi also has extensive consulting experience in the UK, UAE and Kuwait and authored and co-authored over 30 publications.
