Dracula: The Audio-Visual Arts Extravaganza Met With Great Success

Once again, the AUT Audio-Visual Arts department strikes, and once again, it is a great success. Dracula visited AUT on June 10 but everyone was safe after the forces of good triumphed over the forces of darkness, at the sound of beautifully chosen music and live performance and with a cast of great actors and actresses. The video animation that initiated the show set the ambiance for an unforgettable show. Maroun Azoury directed the whole show with the support of the Arts department at AUT and got students and faculty to participate and we mention especially Pierre Sarkis, June Antoun, Michel Chikhani, Melissa Marengo and Philippe Fadlo (in the role of Dracula). Maroun made a special appearance as the older Dracula and Chris Jorr (a guest actress) showed her great talent in singing.

Roland Raji created the musical mood, Julie Howayek and Eddy Touma were behind the animation work and many students contributed to the success, especially Joe Kabbache (Assistant Director), Michel Jleilaty (Band Director), Eddy Tannous and many many others.
