The IT Services Department (ITS) is pleased to announce the establishment of the Information Technology Training Center (ITTC) under the IT Services Department. The mission of ITTC is the following:

• To enhance the use of technology in education.
• To provide training and assistance to faculty members, staff and students.
• To improve the levels of proficiency in the use of various software applications and products.

Towards this end, the ITS will provide resources, training, workshops, individual or group consultation, access to software and hardware and troubleshooting support to all faculty members and students.

The activities of this new center will show ’s ongoing commitment to the use of cutting edge technologies for all its faculty members, staff and students.

ITTC workshops and training are available at no charge to all faculty members, staff and students:

• They include demonstrations and hands-on workshop sessions.
• Their duration is from one to three hours.
• They are supported by handouts and online resources.
• They are designed to be interactive and collaborative.
• A weekly regular session that provides an open discussion related issues and topics.
